Product Description

BOB Ironman Stroller Tire 16" x 1.5": Exact BOB original equipment tire, fits all BOB Ironman Strollers and Ironman Duallie wheels. Higher pressure tire for less rolling resistance (requires metal rims). Aluminum Ironman wheels can have the tires inflated to the pressure embossed on the tire (40-65 psi). However, we recommend 30 psi for a comfortable ride. Beware of similar tires being sold elsewhere that are printed with improper inflation instructions.

Inner tube sold separately! The inner tube is what holds the air and shape of the tire when pumped up. Please see our FAQ's page for more information on fixing a Flat Tire.  If you have a flat tire, then the inner tube between the tire and rim of the wheel has been punctured and will need to be replaced or patched.

Instructions for how to replace the tire and inner tube on BOB strollers below. This video shows how to fix a flat tire and replace an inner tube. We suggest the use of tire levers designed for this task instead of sharp screwdrivers (as shown in video).
