We offer a simple, secure shopping experience. Simply add any item(s) to the cart to view shipping options. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and Checkout by Amazon.
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped within California.
International Customers! Please keep in mind that the replacement parts and accessories sold on our site may be different than what is on your stroller. Please check with us prior to ordering so that we may be sure of compatibility before shipping outside the USA.
International Addresses! Please be sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses submitted.

PRE-ORDER - Sold out, but expected soon with an ETA date disclosed on the product details page. Pre-order to reserve product.
OUT OF STOCK - Product sold out with no ETA available.
It's simple. Return new, unused items in their original packaging to the address below. Please return within 30 days (15 days for sale items) of delivery for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Note! Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number in the box so we know where and who the package is from and what you want us to do.
You should expect to receive your refund within a couple days of us receiving the product. Please allow time for the return shipper and the time it takes your bank/credit card or paypal to process our refund request.
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, if the returned item is not in original condition and packaging suitable for resale we charge a 15% restocking fee.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, simply place a new order and a refund will be processed for the original item ordered upon return.
Where no mistakes are made on our part:
The original outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
If you selected Free Shipping, the cost of that service will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping on refused packages will also be deducted from any refunds.
Most orders ship within 48 business hours of submission. For domestic shipping, please ensure a valid USPS address is submitted, especially if choosing Priority Mail or Free Shipping. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages based on invalid USPS addresses.
Free Shipping! With this option, please keep in mind the shipping method used is at our discretion. Therefore, transit times vary depending on the destination and service we use. Certain items do not qualify for free shipping and have a "fixed domestic shipping charge" that will be reflected upon checkout. A shipping quote will be emailed to any orders with these items when submitted from outside the lower 48 states. Certain oversize items are only shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground which requires a street address (No PO Boxes).
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Note on Delivery Times:
When choosing a shipping method keep in mind most shipments originate in California. Allow adequate delivery time to your location via your choice of shipping (available in the shopping cart). Expedited orders must be received before 10:30 am Pacific Time on a business day in order to ship same day. Delivery time may not include time required to process your order, it is an estimate of transit time after your package enters the carrier's system. The calculation of days in transit does not include the day the package is shipped. The number of days in transit begins after the package is initially picked up for shipping. Guaranteed services (Next Day Air, etc.) are only guaranteed under normal delivery circumstances (weather events, natural disasters, etc. preclude guarantee). Note! Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days. We may to substitute like service with other carriers, for example UPS with FedEx.

- UPS Ground: 1-8 business days (no service guarantee)
- UPS SurePost®: transit time varies (method used frequently when Free Shipping is chosen)
- Priority Mail: averages 2-3 business days (no service guarantee)
- First Class Mail: transit time varies (no service guarantee)
Please make sure you enter your address correctly when placing an order. Most carriers now charge a fee to reroute a package. If you need to make an address correction, and the carrier allows for this when a shipment is in route, there will be a $15 charge.
International shipping options are available in the shopping cart. Additional time may be required to clear customs in your destination country.

Priority Mail International: Approximately 6-10 business days to many locations. No service guarantee.
Priority Mail Express International: Approximately 3-5 business to many locations.

It is only offered as a convenience to those wishing to avoid the cost of more reliable services available during the checkout process. As such, we do not guarantee this service and claim no responsibility for lost packages or lengthy transit times. Choose this option at your own peril.
Duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees (UPS!), if they apply, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Check with your country's customs agency to determine any additional charges you may incur.
Certain countries may require additional shipping charges. In these rare cases we will provide a quote before processing your order.
