SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING USPS SERVICES
Please note that all USPS services, both domestic and international, have become abysmally slow thanks to the detrimental policy changes implemented by the current US Postmaster, a puppet and profiteer of the private shipping sector. Even pre-pandemic normalcy can no longer be relied upon thanks to DeJoy's policy changes. If you are a US citizen, we urge education on this subject considering the USPS was created as a once reliable and affordable public service. As a business that has proudly offered USPS services for more than 25 years, it saddens us to see this public service willfully fail at the hands of an ineffectual and unethical CEO. As such, we are truly sorry for delayed packages that once took just days to deliver.

Why not benefit from our 25+ years of experience helping parents and outdoor enthusiasts outfit their BOB stroller or trailer. Please have your Serial Number ready when you call us. The Serial Number is required to make the correct part or accessory recommendation.
Should you decide to determine the part you need on your own, we implore you to read the Product Description and not simply rely on product imagery prior to ordering. The Product Descriptions are implicit with regards to compatibility. However, if you have absolutely any doubt, even after reading the Product Description, do not hesitate to Contact Us for assistance.
We offer a simple, secure shopping experience. Simply add any item(s) to the cart to view shipping options. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Visa Checkout.
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped within California.
Note on product availability:
ADD TO CART - This means inventory is available to order (unless pre-order release date is specified).
PRE-ORDER - Sold out, but expected soon with an ETA date disclosed on the product details page. Pre-order to reserve product. Expected release date is an estimation of inventory availability. This date can change +/- depending on whether our freight experiences delays in transit. An order submitted with pre-order items and in-stock items will all ship complete.
OUT OF STOCK - Product sold out with no ETA available.
Simple Returns Policy
Return new, complete, unused and undamaged items in their original packaging to the address below. Please return within 30 days (15 days for sale items) of delivery for a merchandise refund. We will only cover return shipping costs if there was an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) on the original order.
Close Out Items: All Close Out sales are final and no returns are accepted.

Note! Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number in the box so we know who the package is from and what you want us to do.
You should expect to receive your refund within a couple days of us receiving the product. Please allow time for the return shipper and the time it takes your bank/credit card or paypal to process our refund request.
If the item is not in original, new condition and is not in packaging suitable for resale or is returned beyond our 30 day policy, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed. Refunds will not be issued on returned products with missing components or those that are damaged. Returns beyond 90 days will not be accepted.
Exchanges: If you need a different item, simply place a new order and a refund will be processed for the original item ordered upon return.
Where no mistakes are made on our part:
The original outbound shipping cost is not refunded.
If you selected Free Shipping, the cost of that service will be deducted from your refund.
The return shipping on refused packages will also be deducted from any refunds.
Shipping & Address Information
Most orders ship within 48 business hours of submission Monday-Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and all major national holidays that fall on weekdays. For domestic shipping, please ensure a valid address is submitted, especially if choosing Priority Mail or First Class Mail. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages based on invalid addresses or addressees. We must be notified the same day an order is submitted for address corrections. If an address correction is possible once a package is enroute and the carrier allows for this, there will be a "reroute" fee imposed. Some carriers do not have address redirection options.
A street address is required for FEDEX or UPS. These carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We simply pass actual shipping cost on to the customer and feel that is the most fair and transparent way to do business. This is accomplished via a live API link to USPS, FedEx, etc. Please keep in mind final box dimensions may significantly factor into the cost.
Note on Delivery Times:
When choosing a shipping method, keep in mind all shipments originate in Northern California. Allow adequate delivery time to your location via your choice of shipping (available in the shopping cart). Expedited orders (Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air only) must be received by 11 am Pacific Time on a business day in order to ship same day. Delivery time may not include time required to process your order. It is an estimate of transit time after your package enters the carrier's system. The calculation of days in transit does not include the day the package is shipped. The number of days in transit begins after the package is initially picked up for shipping. Guaranteed services (Next Day Air & 2nd Day Air) are only guaranteed under normal delivery circumstances (weather events, natural disasters, etc. preclude guarantee).
Note! Saturday and Sunday are not considered transit days for FedEx 2 Day and Standard Overnight shipping. For instance, if you order on a Thursday and choose FedEx 2 Day Air, it will arrive the following Monday. These are business day services.
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within the lower 48 states! The shipping method used is at our warehouse's discretion. If you choose Free Shipping, please note that there is no service guarantee. If you require a guaranteed service like 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, please choose accordingly during checkout. Military addresses (APO/FPO, etc.) do not qualify for the free shipping option. Free Shipping in the lower 48 requires a valid street address. We do not ship to PO Boxes on orders that qualify for Free Shipping.
Provided you submit an email address, you will first receive an automatic order confirmation. Once your order has been submitted and processed for shipping, a 2nd automated notification will be sent to the same email address with the tracking information. We recommend you check the tracking frequently to make sure your package is on its way. If you notice any inconsistencies with the tracking please let us know right away so we can start an investigation with the shipper. Please see Missing Packages below for more information.
Missing Packages & Order Discrepancies: While missing packages or order discrepancies are rare, the following policy applies. If a package has yet to arrive and ample time has passed, we must be notified right away in order to investigate its whereabouts. The above also applies for any order discrepancies. If, after 30 days, a package has yet to arrive and you have not contacted us, we are no longer responsible for its status. Once a shipping claim is submitted, typical times for investigations last anywhere from 8 business days up to 4 weeks depending on the shipping method used. After an investigation has run it's course and the package can not be located, a new package will be shipped via the original method used. If you choose not to wait for an investigation to be completed, you can place a new order and we will refund the original order.

International Customers! Please keep in mind that the replacement parts and accessories sold on our site may be different than what is on your stroller. Please check with us prior to ordering so that we may be sure of compatibility before shipping outside the USA.
International Addresses! Please be sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address submission.
African & Middle Eastern Countries! We can not guarantee ANY shipping options to these destinations.
International shipping options are available in the shopping cart. Additional time may be required to clear customs in your destination country.

Duties, import taxes, and/or brokerage fees, if they apply, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Check with your country's customs agency to determine any additional charges you may incur.
