    BOB Upper Handlebar replacement for 2016 BOB Single Revolution Flex, Flex 3.0 Strollers and 2016 Stroller Strides.

    The upper handlebar includes the height adjustment hinge, but does not include any part of the handlebar frame below the hinge.
