BOB Quick Release Stroller/Trailer

Product Description

Front quick release lever assembly for all BOB Strollers except 2016 models and newer. Used to secure front wheel to the stroller fork on all 2000-2015 model year BOB Strollers.

SPECIAL NOTE! This quick release is NOT compatible with 2016 and newer BOB Strollers.

This quick release is also used to secure the BOB Trailer wheel to Yak and Ibex trailers. This quick release is not the one used to secure the trailer to the bike, however.

This is an assembly so none of the individual components are available separately.

Caution: Before using, please read the quick release service instructions in your owner's manual carefully. If you have any questions ask your dealer or certified bicycle mechanic. Improper wheel installation can result is serious injury. Check wheel assembly before riding. Pick up the wheel off the ground and give the top of the tire a sharp downward blow. The wheel should not come off or be loose. If uncertain repeat the tightening process. This is a quick check and does not guarantee that the quick release lever has received adequate tightening torque. Please read the quick release service instruction carefully. Caution: You can not tighten the front wheel by twisting the quick release lever. You attach the front wheel by firmly pushing the quick release lever from the open to closed position. Warning! Failure to properly install and adjust wheels equipped with quick release hubs could allow wheel loss while riding, resulting in serious bodily injury.
