Bob/Britax adapter
Finding the part I needed was simple on BOB's website using their adapter/parts tool. Installing the adapter was simple and fast. Using the adapter is easy as well. Three issues though: 1. One side of the adapter "sticks" so it can make it difficult to remove the infant carrier after it is installed (the inside adapter does this where the infant carrier clicks into the BOB adapter). 2. Shipping provided a tracking number for DHL but the DHL tracker website always returned a response that the tracking number was invalid. The part arrived in less than two weeks though. 3. When the adapter arrived, part of it had punched through the box and paper padding, leaving the paint on the exposed part scuffed. I'm not thrilled about a scuff on a brand new part, but it's one of those things. I've used the adapter a few times now, so technically it's used. It's also on a used stroller. I've got other things to worry about than that scuff. ;)
