      Not what is in the photo

      The photo shows a fender a reflector and a bracket. The Title says, "BOB YAK Fender. As a person with visual disability, i called in and ask if it was complete. Anna said "Yes" so i ordered, it arrive incomplete. missing the photoed rflector and bracket. NOT COMPLETE.. Sorry for any confusion. Anna may have misinterpreted the question. She thought you were asking if the product shipped. The product description states what is included. The photo labels all the parts so you know what each separate part is. We will have the product returned if not satisfied.

      It is a great fender....I'm so glad to get new one on and stop all the rattling.
