BOB (Britax) does not have a seat replacement instructional video for the 2011-2015 model year strollers. However, they do have one for 2016 and newer which can be viewed here. There are some subtle changes between these model years, but you may find this video very helpful. They do remove both sides of the fold release cable and shock release pins, but only one side is necessary with 2011-2015 models...read on.
Tips for removal of old seat and installation of new seat: Take some digital images of the key attachment points of the hardware so you will know how and where to put everything back upon installation of the new seat. Remove all of the associated hardware and place in a jar for safe keeping (in case new hardware is not included). Dismantle only one side of the fold release cable from the back of the shock release pin prior to removing the old seat (*see this video, ~1 minute in). There is no need to remove both sides of the cable. You just need to pull it out from the nylon loops under the old seat. You can leave it dangling from the side on which it is still secured until you feed it through the nylon loops under the new seat.
*Video link is for Swing Arm replacement, but the section relevant to the fold release cable starts about 1 minute into the video.

Seat fabric
Installation was easy BUT it should have come with instructions. The fabric on the foot rest is not the same high quality that comes on the original stroller so I can see that tearing again.Either way I'm happy that I found this option to prolong the life of my stroller. I gave it 3 stars for one giant reason. Their shipping costs are ASTRONOMICALLY high. Hi Leah, Your feedback is appreciated! Regarding instructions. BOB includes them most of the time, but not all the time. That is why we have helpful tips on the product page and a link to a helpful video. Regarding product quality. We only sell genuine BOB replacement parts. We will pass your fabric concerns on to the manufacturer. Regarding shipping. We offer free shipping on this product in the lower 48 states. Unfortunately you happen to be stationed outside the USA at an FPO/military address. Yes, shipping to your address is expensive. I wish we could absorb those costs but they are several times what it is in the lower 48 to ship ground. We hate to penalize military personnel so we extended a discount coupon to help cover what domestic free shipping would cost. Thanks again for taking the time to reach out.

Broke after 2 months
Was really glad to be able to replace the seat after we bought a used Stroller with worn out straps. The seat installed easily enough with the instructions provided but the seat tore at both of the grommets on the 3rd screws up from the bottom after only 2 months of moderate use. Response: Please contact BOB directly if you feel this is a warranty concern so we can take care of this. http://www.bobgear.com/support/warranty-return-policy

Pretty Good
The seat is pretty solidly made, but there are a few caveats here... one: it's a bit nuts to have to replace the ENTIRE seat just because the seatbelt wore out. Methinks the design could be much improved so that we didn't need to replace the entire seat because 1% of it failed. Secondly, the instructions were poor. To wit: there are different lengths of screws that must be used in different places. For example, the screw that holds the front-wheel cover on MUST be short, otherwise it will jam and prevent the front wheel from turning. It's a not-so-minor detail totally without mention in the instructions.
